The Final selections screen simultaneously across the world and attendees vote for Best Film and Best Actor awards at each participating venue. Every short film selected will automatically qualify for the 2024 Oscars. These films are unrated and intended for adults. No registration required. MANHATTAN SHORT is part of JCL's Let Freedom Read programming. Check jeffcolib.org for additional screenings at other branches. Ages 18+
