CRAFT-TO-GO—HOLIDAY ORNAMENT

Beginning November 1, 2021, pick up a Kit at the Arnold Branch of the Jefferson County Library to make a Decoupage Holiday Ornament. Everything you need is included in the Kit with the exception of scissors. Supplies are limited so don’t delay! First come, first served! Ages 16 and up. One Kit per Patron!
