Genealogy: Online Newspaper Databases

This class will focus on two digital news-based databases which have been added to the already wide variety of genealogy resources, as a result of the library tax levy. Newspapers.com and The St. Louis Post-Dispatch News Source Collection are free to all JCL cardholders and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. In this class, discover how to navigate within these online resources and learn what sort of genealogical information can be gleaned from newspaper articles.
