Free help to sign up or re-enroll for Marketplace health insurance. Counselors will help you log-in to your account, view plans and prices, update your application and choose a new plan for 2019. Call East Missouri Action Agency at 573-330-1830 (or toll free: 800-392-8663) with any questions or to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins also welcome. To be held in the Arnold Branch Library computer lab.
