Show-Me Hope: Thriving in the New Normal

Presented by Show-Me Hope Missouri, these free classes will help discover new strengths and build on known skills. Each Thursday at 12:30pm, from May 5th- June 2nd. May 5th @ 12:30pm- Fostering Wellness May 12th @ 12:30pm- Managing Uncertainty May 19th @12:30pm- Recognizing your Resilience May 26th @ 12:30pm- Developing Problem Solving Skills June 2nd @ 12:30pm- Welcoming Mindfulness Show-Me Hope's mission is to leave members of our community with developed skills that will help to manage external challenges, recognize, and build upon their strengths, and to learn how to maintain a sense of thriving in challenging times.
