Women's History Month: Missouri Speakers Bureau presenter Carole Shelton Saturday, March 18 2 p.m. Storyteller Carole Shelton will present "Portraits of African American Women in Missouri: before, during, and after the Civil War." In this all-ages program, Shelton will use first- and third-person portrayals to bring to life the stories of two icons of St. Louis history -- businesswoman and inventor Annie Malone and author and former slave Lucy Delaney.
